At Snowboards for Sale, we want you to be stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused equipment in its original packaging. If your new board or bindings aren't the perfect fit, we'll help you get back on the mountain with the right setup.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the unused snowboard or equipment into its original protective packaging, ensuring all tags and plastic wraps are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
